(A)Indian Nationality Certificate/School Leaving Certificate on which Nationality is mentioned. (B)Marsheet of SSC(Std X)
(C)Latest School leaving certificate after passing SSC.
(D) ITI/HSC/HSC Vocational marksheet and Leaving Certicate,if applicable.
(E)Certificate of passing Intermediate Grade Drawing examination,if applicable.
(F)Caste/Non-Creamy Layer/Income Certificate as per your category
(G)For Physically handicaped Certificate of proper authority.
